1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StyleMorph AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via website or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service & Credit Model

StyleMorph AI provides artificial intelligence-powered image transformation services allowing users to convert photographs into signature artistic styles (such as Makoto Shinkai anime, 3D animated figures, and cyberpunk aesthetics).

Our service operates on a prepaid, non-recurring credit system. Purchases grant a fixed number of credits. We do not enroll users in automatic recurring billing subscriptions without explicit authorization. Credits do not expire during the active lifecycle of your account.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. When purchasing credits, you enter into a transaction with Paddle.com, which is subject to Paddle's checkout terms and policies.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

• Your Content: You retain full rights, ownership, and copyright to the original images you upload to StyleMorph AI.
• Generated Artwork: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you own the transformed and generated images created using your paid credits. You are granted full worldwide commercial rights to use, publish, sell, and distribute your generated images.
• Platform IP: The StyleMorph AI name, logos, website layout, algorithms, and models remain the exclusive intellectual property of StyleMorph AI.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, create, or distribute any images that:

• Contain Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploit minors in any manner (strictly zero-tolerance).
• Infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, privacy, or publicity rights without appropriate consent.
• Depict extreme violence, non-consensual sexual content, terrorism, hate speech, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass rate limits, or overwhelm our backend infrastructure.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

StyleMorph AI services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AI generation is inherently probabilistic, and we make no warranty that generated images will achieve any specific artistic result or be 100% free of artifacts.

In no event shall StyleMorph AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
